in the rent as well as electricity and heating.

A washing machine is located in the laundry
room, there is also the possibility to dry the laundry immediately.

Smoking is not welcome.


The Bus stop, and the Train Station is easily accessible in 8-10 minutes on foot and almost
outside the door goes directly to the university. supermarkets are also very easy to reach.
Pharmacies and bank are not more than 5 minutes from the apartment.

from 20th May 2021 and ready for occupancy
